How can I pay?
As a private individual, you must pay for your first order immediately with your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, etc.). Subsequent invoices can then be paid by bank transfer.
Businesses can choose the payment method for their first order.
Will I be sent an invoice?
Yes, you will receive one immediately after your order. You can also view your invoices in your profile on the online app at any time.

What charges am I accountable for?

The storage of your Box. (per unit, per month)
  • Transportation (if chosen) depending on your location.
    A transportation fee is charged each time our truck needs to go out.
  • Warehouse handling per Box.
    This cost includes locating and preparing your Box(es). During the initial delivery(ies) of your Box(es), this cost is free.
  • Additional assistance for loading/unloading according to your needs
    You can enlist the help of an employee for loading and unloading your Box. However, please note that all goods must already be ready on the ground floor. Our employees are not trained movers and can only assist with actual loading.
This service is possible when the Box can be taken back immediately. Our experience shows that it takes about 30 minutes per Box to load a Medium or Large Box.

Our courier will wait for 30 minutes regardless. Additional waiting times will be billed at the current rates. (See price simulation for rates)
